“Filled with heart and integrity, the rituals in this book are absolutely brilliant.” – C. Michael Smith, PhD., author of Jung and Shamanism.

“In times of change, learners inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”  — Eric Hoffer

Myron Eshowsky offers consultation and training to organizations and corporate leadership. Services focus on the areas of:

  • Conflict resolution skills in the workplace.
  • Inter-cultural communication and conflict resolution.
  • The Envisioning Process, a learning and effectiveness paradigm for leadership and organizations.

Conflict Resolution Skills for the Workplace

Training offered is based on aikido principles for transcending attacks and conflicts, then moving them toward common goals and purpose. Learners will gain skills in responding to conflict that aid in maintaining calm while working towards positive problem-solving.

Inter-cultural Communication and Conflict Resolution

In our rapidly changing world, there is growing inter-cultural communication and conflict. This is true both locally and internationally. Differences in culture can impede problem solving and negotiations. Trainings offer didactic and experiential means for understanding intercultural communication. Cultural perception and communication may differ on variables such as:

  • Different views, expectations, and purposes to relationship
  • Different cultural views toward cooperation, competition, and conflict
  • Different language and communication styles
  • Different cultural views of place and space
  • Different cultural views toward time and timing
  • Different cultural views of problem-solving and negotiation
  • Cultural differences toward the use of intermediaries
  • Cultural differences toward agreement and outcomes

Envisioning Process: A Learning and Effectiveness Paradigm

Our times challenge us as Eric Severaid, CBS TV commentator stated “to have the courage of one’s doubts, as well as, one’s convictions in this world of all too passionate certainties.”  We are challenged to be flexible. The Envisioning Process offers tools for learning and re-visioning. Envisioning offers tools for:

  • Constant recreation of one’s own personal and organizational vision.
  • How to move from a fixed static plan based on quantifiable targets towards a model of continuously expanding goals for becoming a more diversity-responsive organization.
  • Rather than simply dreaming, finding means for stimulating action directed towards a vision, even as that vision is being rethought or expanded.
