Healing, Community Shamanism, Peacemaking: 2nd Annual Conference
August 21-24, 2014, Bethel Horizons Retreat Center
Myron will be teaching:
The intent of the annual gathering is to be intensive, comprehensive, and community building. This year we are creating special programming for children to integrate across generations. Traditionally children are included in the community, and part of daily spiritual life of the tribe. It is important to understand that healing occurs in community that is across generations, the future as much as the past and to give tools to support our youth.
Supporting Activities:
Programming for Children
Facilitated by Amy Plum and Jenny Hayes, both therapists who work with children and teens and have extensive shamanic experience.
Community Drumming
Led by Don Allen, a professional drummer from Ann Arbor, Michigan. He will to help hold the drumming rhythms for our ceremonies. People are encouraged to bring djembe’s andhoop drums.
Transgenerational Healing
Danuta Jirik, a shamanic practitioner and family constellations facilitator based in Oak Park, Illinois, will join Myron in teaching methods for healing transgenerational trauma.

Intensive Ancestor Syndrome: Residential, November 7-9
Residential Training Intensive of Ancestor Syndrome and the Healing of Transgenerational Trauma
Bethel Horizons Retreat Center, Dodgeville, Wisconsin
Enrollment for this event will be limited to 16-18 and applicants will be screened. It is a professional training meant to offer in depth understanding of how unhealed issues of the past are passed down collectively and within our direct ancestral lineage. How do we identify issues that are ancestral in nature? How are issues and soul burdens transmitted? To look at these issues it is essential we do a conscious baggage check from time to time. We have to be painstakingly honest with ourselves about the ways that we have accumulated other people’s stuff. What form is it in? How heavy is it? How does it block our growth?
If interested in attending this workshop, contact Myron with your interest in this training. Fee for training is $325.
